Returns & Exchange Policy

At DHS TOYS we offer all customers 15 days for a full Refund and 28 Days for Exchanges.

All goods must be returned in the same condition as purchased: unopened and unused for a full exchange and refund.

Online Order/ Returns:
Please contact us using our Contact Us page for all Return enquiries. Please add your name as it appears on your order and the order number to your enquiry.

Returns accepted: Customers will cover all return expenses. Please note Returns are to be sent back using a postal company or courier that uses a tracked or Recorded service. You will need to send returns to the following address:
